Why Do I Wake Up Tired?

Do you often go through the day feeling sluggish or feel sleepy when sitting quietly for a while?

Too much too late

Have you got into that nasty habit of scrolling a device at night? You’re not alone. So many of us ‘just check’ our phone, Facebook or Instagram page instead of turning off from the world.

Limit caffeine

Exercise during the day

Walking the dog, mowing the lawn or vacuuming the house means you can kill two birds with one stone. Exercising too late at night keeps your mind and body on a high from the boost in body temperature and release of endorphins that comes with cardio workouts.

Sleep Apnea

Tiredness can be alarm bells for something more serious such as sleep apnea. So, what exactly is sleep apnea?
